3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access our website, technical access data is processed as part of the web hosting. According to IONOS, this includes in particular:
- Referrer (previously visited website)
- requested website or file
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- device type used
- time of access
- IP address in anonymized form
The processing serves the security and stability of the website and the provision of reliable technical operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable provision of our website.
According to IONOS, visitor data for web hosting products is stored for eight weeks. The IP address is anonymized by IONOS directly when it is collected.
4. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS WebAnalytics is used as part of our web hosting. According to IONOS, no cookies are used for this purpose. The IP address is technically transmitted when a page is accessed, then immediately anonymized and processed further without personal reference.
WebAnalytics processes in particular the referrer, pages or files accessed, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and the anonymized IP address. The analysis is used exclusively for statistical analysis and technical optimization of our website.

5. Cookies, local storage technologies and external content
Our website does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. According to IONOS, IONOS WebAnalytics works without cookies.
The website code provided by us uses neither Local Storage nor Session Storage. External fonts, external JavaScript libraries, map, video or AI services are not loaded automatically. Fonts are rendered using system fonts available on your device.
6. Language selection
When you access the root address https://cjc-networks.de/, the preferred language transmitted by your browser in the HTTP Accept-Language header is used to decide whether you are redirected to the German or English version.
For this language selection, we do not set cookies and do not store a language preference in Local Storage or Session Storage. You can switch languages at any time using the language selector in the website header. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing our website in a user-friendly and appropriate language.
7. Email contact and local drafting tool
The drafting tool on this website processes your entries solely in your browser. No server-side form submission takes place. The information you enter is sent to us only if you open the prepared draft in your own email application and send it.

We store communication data only for as long as necessary to process your enquiry. Statutory retention obligations and legitimate interests, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, remain unaffected.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, data portability under Art. 20 GDPR and objection under Art. 21 GDPR.
